Slim design –

In Montageanlagen müssen immer mehr Funktionen auf kleinstem Raum integriert werden. Das schlanke Spindelkonzept bietet hier die ideale Basis für Mehrspindel Lösungen oder die Kombination mit anderen Funktionseinheiten auf engstem Raum

geringe bewegte Massen durch integrierte Hubbewegungen –

  • Der Antriebssatz wird im Schraubablauf nicht bewegt und damit geschont
  • Die sensible Sensorik wird ebenfalls nicht bewegt und die Zuverlässigkeit damit erhöht
  • Das ganze System hat nur geringe bewegte Massen und eignet sich damit hervorragend für schnell- laufende Hochleistungssysteme – bis zu 80 Verschraubungen pro Minute
